Welcome to TaskTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TaskTracker mobile application ("App") provided by Arume Systems LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Arume Systems LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Play Store and App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you related to the App. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and media you upload to TaskTracker. By using the App, you grant us a license to host, store, and share your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., syncing across devices or sharing with collaborators).
The App’s interface, design, and original content are the exclusive property of Arume Systems LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via third-party providers (RevenueCat). By subscribing, you agree to their terms and our pricing policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.
TASKTRACKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ARUME SYSTEMS LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARUME SYSTEMS LLC BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the App may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.
These Terms and your relationship with Arume Systems LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
